1. Quotations & Pricing Structure

All travel arrangements are customized on an on-demand quotation basis. Our written PDF quotations clearly outline inclusions such as vehicle hire, fuel, toll charges, interstate taxes, driver allowance, and parking fees. Monument entry fees, camera permits, and personal meals are paid directly on site by passengers.

2. Booking Confirmation & Payment Terms

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a nominal advance deposit as indicated in your official quotation. The remaining balance is payable prior to trip completion or directly to the driver at the time of pickup as specified in your tax invoice.

3. Vehicle Usage & Night Driving

Sightseeing vehicles are provided for standard tourist travel (typically 8 to 9 hours for city tours). For multi-day outstation journeys, highway driving adheres to state speed limits and passenger safety protocols. Night driving on winding mountain ghats is subject to weather conditions and driver discretion.

4. Cancellation & Amendments

If your travel dates change due to flight rescheduling or personal emergencies, we offer flexible itinerary modifications subject to vehicle availability. Please inform our desk at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup.

5. Luggage & Belongings

Passengers are requested to take personal responsibility for valuables. Our drivers verify that no personal articles are left behind in the vehicle at drop-off.
